A Few Health Tips

1 At Bed time please drink only a glass of milk diluted with water 50/50

The diluted milk has to be warm 2 To get good sleep turn to the right side when you sleep You will get the deepest sleep 3 Munch 4-5 Pieces of Almonds every morning 4 Take Head showers once a week to avoid cold and flu 5 After dinner walk atleast 2000 steps Please do not hit the bed immediately after dinner 6 Please have the habit of Acceptance Forgiveness and Gratitude before you sleep 7 Please do not plan anything for the next day when you are going to bed 8 Just empty your mind of all thoughts You will wake up fresh in the Morning9 Do your brushing toilet and showers etc before sunrise That will set the tone for the day MVGFCA
